Sales Manager job description :

• Influencing the adoption of EliteVAD products portfolio through strong relationships with identified targeted named accounts, partners, End-users …etc across all verticals
• Acquire new partners in your Countries (at least One partners per quarter with new Order)
• Acquire new customers (at least 3 new logos per Quarter with New Order)
• A weekly plan should be submitted on a weekly basis with min 8 successful meeting
• Upselling new solutions to existing partners and Customer
• Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, events, social & digital network, etc)
• Creating, building, and managing a sales pipeline tracking activity through the various stages of the sales funnel process
• Forecast sales, register all leads and activities progress till closure on Salesforce CRM
• Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with key accounts to gain an understanding of their businesses and key priorities to identify new market requirements.
• Achieve quota per region
