Sales Manager job description :

โ€ข Influencing the adoption of EliteVAD products portfolio through strong relationships with identified targeted named accounts, partners, End-users โ€ฆetc across all verticals
โ€ข Acquire new partners in your Countries (at least One partners per quarter with new Order)
โ€ข Acquire new customers (at least 3 new logos per Quarter with New Order)
โ€ข A weekly plan should be submitted on a weekly basis with min 8 successful meeting
โ€ข Upselling new solutions to existing partners and Customer
โ€ข Get the saleโ€ using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, events, social & digital network, etc)
โ€ข Creating, building, and managing a sales pipeline tracking activity through the various stages of the sales funnel process
โ€ข Forecast sales, register all leads and activities progress till closure on Salesforce CRM
โ€ข Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with key accounts to gain an understanding of their businesses and key priorities to identify new market requirements.
